• A deposit or full payment is required at the time of booking.

• Failure to complete payment before the deadline may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Umrah & Hajj Packages: Cancellations made before visa processing may be eligible for a partial refund. Once the visa is issued, no refund is possible.
• Flight & Hotel Bookings: Refunds depend on airline and hotel policies. Cancellation charges may apply.
• Refund processing time varies and may take up to 30 business days.

4. Visa Processing

• Visa issuance is subject to Saudi government regulations.
• We facilitate visa applications but cannot guarantee approval.
• In case of visa rejection, visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
• The applicant must provide accurate information to avoid delays or rejection.

5. Travel Responsibilities

• Al Faris Hajj & Umrah is not responsible for:
  • Flight delays, cancellations, or missed connections.
  • Lost baggage, personal belongings, or travel documents.
  • Any medical emergencies, accidents, or unforeseen circumstances during the trip.
• Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, necessary vaccinations, and other required documents.

6. Code of Conduct

• Pilgrims must follow Saudi laws and religious guidelines during their journey.
• Any misconduct, illegal activities, or violations may lead to legal consequences.
• We reserve the right to deny service to individuals who fail to comply with travel guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Al Faris Hajj & Umrah acts as an agent for booking flights, hotels, and transport and is not liable for third-party service failures.
• We are not responsible for visa rejections, government restrictions, or sudden policy changes.
• In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid for the booking.

8. Changes & Modifications

• Al Faris Hajj & Umrah reserves the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, and services due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Price changes may occur due to currency fluctuations, government taxes, or service provider fees.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including logos, images, text, and trademarks, is the property of Al Faris Hajj & Umrah and may not be copied or used without permission.

10. Governing Law
